About Dhauladhar National Park

The famous Dhauladhar National Park is also known by the name of Gopalpur Zoo among locals, it is one of the main attractions that draw consideration of untamed life devotees. Situated at a separation of 13 km from Palampur, this national stop is one of the real attractions of the goal. Sightseers going to the smaller than usual zoo arranged in the complex can spot creatures like panthers, wild bears, angora rabbits, Asiatic lion, sambhar, red fox and assortments of deer’s. It was set up by the natural life bureau of Himachal Pradesh Government over a zone of 30 sections of land.
