About Biladwara Cave
Another spot counted in the must visit list of Subrahmanya is the Biladwara cave. An offbeat attraction, these caves fall on the way of Subrahmanya temple to the Kumardhara River.
According to the legends, it is believed to be the spot where Vasuki, the Naga king escaped and hid to save himself from the anger of Garuda.
The cave has a naturally constructed entrance and exit which are 10 meters in length and 30 metres in depth. Pilgrims visiting the Subrahmanya temple stop to explore the caves and the picturesque garden that surrounds the cave.
