Sarospatak

Sarospatak is a town in Borsod-Abauj-Zemplen county, northern Hungary. It lies 70 kilometres northeast from Miskolc, inside the Bodrog river valley. The town, frequently known as clearly Patak, is an important cultural centre. The vicinity has been inhabited because historic times. Sárospatak become granted metropolis fame in 1201 by King Emeric.
