Neratze Mosque

The Neratze Mosque is a working in the Old Town of Rethymno on Titos Petychakis square and is a standout amongst the most essential landmarks of the city. The building situated at the crossing point of Eth. Antistaseos and Em. Vernardou initially worked as a congregation of the Augustinian priests and was devoted to the Augustinian Virgin Santa Maria starting at 1601. The Neratze Mosque, or something else, the Mosque of Gazi Hussein Pasha, has a rectangular shape and is bested by three little vaults, which supplanted the tiled top of the Venetian church.

The entryway of the building is viewed as a standout amongst the most great in entire Rethymno, alongside that of Agios Frangiskos St. Fransis.
