About Goulandris Natural History Museum
The Goulandris Museum of Natural History is a museum in Kifisia, a northeastern suburb of Athens, Greece. It was founded with the aid of Angelos Goulandris and Niki Goulandris in 1965 with a view to promote interest within the herbal sciences, to elevate the notice of the public, in fashionable, and in particular to name its attention to the need to guard Greece's herbal flora and fauna habitats and species in the danger of extinction.
