Ano Liosia

Ano Liosia is a suburb and a municipality inside the northern part of the Athens agglomeration, Greece. Since the 2011 neighborhood government reform it is part of the municipality Fyli, of which it's far the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has a place of 38.447 km2. On September 7, 1999, the 1999 Athens earthquake damaged among one hundred and one thousand homes. The 2007 Greek wooded region fires devastated the nearby forests.
