About Ampelokipoi
Ampelokipoi or Ampelokipi is a large city critical district of the town of Athens. Ampelokipoi is within the centre of Athens, close to Zografou, Goudi, Psychiko and Pagkrati. The vicinity is famous for hosting Panathinaikos's domestic ground since it turned into inaugurated in 1922. Before the Greek independence, at the start of the 19th century, Ampelokipoi become a village some kilometers north-east of Athens. The village Ampelokipoi is stated in the maps of this era.
