Summerlee Museum of Scottish Industrial Life, some time ago known as Summerlee Heritage Park, is a modern historical center in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire, Scotland. It was based on the site of the Victorian Summerlee Iron Works and consolidated the principle workshop of the previous Hydrocon Crane industrial facility. The historical center is overseen by Culture NL Ltd. It incidentally shut in 2006, yet revived on 26 September 2008 after a £10m renovation imagined right. The previous fundamental lobby was totally updated by North Lanarkshire Council's in-house Design Team and now incorporates a hardened steel bistro unit and modern review structure.
The historical center intends to demonstrate Lanarkshire's commitment to designing, mining, steel working, weaving and cultivating and furthermore demonstrate the lives of the general population of the region. It joins intelligent presentations and a brief show space. The exhibition hall likewise fuses a few railroad steam trains, protected carriages from a 1960s period Glasgow Class 311 and has a short working cable car line.
