About Ibrahim-al-Ibrahim Mosque

The Ibrahim-al-Ibrahim Mosque, otherwise called the King Fahd receptacle Abdulaziz al-Saud Mosque or the Mosque of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, is a mosque situated at Europa Point in the British abroad domain of Gibraltar, a promontory associated with southern Spain. The mosque faces south towards the Strait of Gibraltar and Morocco a few kilometers away. The building was a blessing from King Fahd of Saudi Arabia and took two years to work at a cost of around £5 million. It was authoritatively initiated on 8 August 1997. It is very well known and famous mosque in the city.

It is the southernmost mosque in mainland Europe, and is one of the biggest mosques in a non-Muslim country. The mosque complex additionally contains a school, library, and address lobby.
