About Wurttemberg Mausoleum
The Württemberg Mausoleum is a commemoration in the Rotenberg part of Untertürkheim in Stuttgart, Germany. The catacomb remains on the pinnacle of Württemberg Hill at the westernmost end of Schurwald woods neglecting the Neckar River. The dedication was worked for Catherine Pavlovna of Russia 1788– 1819, the second spouse of William I of Württemberg. The building remains independent from anyone else amidst the vineyards along the waterway Neckar making it unmistakable from far off.
The catacomb is propelled by the Villa Capra "La Rotonda" work by Andrea Palladio. Salucci made a round structure produced using nearby sandstone with three pillared porches and steps paving the way to it. The altogether with inside has a domed rooftop. The course of action of columns and the giant statues of the four Evangelists mirror the neoclassical inclination for seriousness and virtue of style.
