About Vogtland Arena

The Vogtland Arena is a ski hopping scene in Klingenthal, Germany. It includes probably the most present day design among World Cup hills. Vogtland Arenawas built from 2003 to 2005. Its official debut occasion was a Nordic joined Summer Grand Prix rivalry on 27 August 2006. Prior to that, in February 2006, the Czech national ski bouncing titles had just been held there. In March 2006, Vogtland Arena saw a second-level Nordic consolidated world glass rivalry and in September 2006 a Summer Grand Prix in ski hopping.

On 7 February 2007, nearby club VSC Klingenthal took more than one of the dropped Ski Jumping World Cup occasions of Harrachov, making this the first FIS winter rivalry at the field. Generally in 2007, a Summer Grand Prix ski bouncing occasion occurred there. In January 2008, the field saw its first Nordic Combined World Cup occasion. Since the 2008-09 season, Klingenthal has been a customary setting of the Ski Jumping World Cup, framing a piece of the FIS Team Tour.
