About Selters
Selters is a community with 8,000 occupants north of Bad Camberg in Limburg-Weilburg district in Hesse, Germany. Most of the Selters city region with the focuses of Niederselters, Eisenbach, Munster and Haintchen lies in the region of the Eastern Hintertaunus north of the Taunus' principle edge. Selters has four Ortsteil. As far as indigenous habitats, the primary focus, Niederselters, additionally has a place with the southeastern piece of the Limburg Basin, giving it an association with the valley scene of the Lahn.
The crack zone opening here into the bowl from the south, the Idsteiner Senke empty, is privately known along the Emsbach, which exhausts into the Lahn, by the name Goldener Grund, a reference to the ideal atmosphere and productive soil. The northern piece of the network around Munster has a place geographically with the Lahn Basin, which is known for its mineral riches from the Middle Devonian. Of extraordinary significance here was iron metal mining. The closest towns are Bad Camberg and Limburg.
