Rosenstein Park
About Rosenstein Park
The Rosenstein Park in Stuttgart is the biggest English garden in southwest Germany. Its creation occurred from 1824 to 1840 on the requests of King William I of Württemberg after plans of his planter Johann Bosch on the previous Kahlenstein region. One of the famous among visitors and locals is, the Löwentor Lion's Gate at the upper stop entrance was worked by Giovanni Salucci. The Rosenstein tunnel is a railroad burrow underneath the recreation center.
Today the recreation center is possessed by the State of Baden-Württemberg and saved as a verifiable landmark. On account of the restriction on chasing inside the recreation center, it gloats 98.9 bunnies for every 100 ha, the most elevated convergence of rabbits in Germany. In conjunction with the Schlossgarten, the Leibfried Garden, the Wartberg and the Killesberg stop it frames Stuttgart's „Green U".
