Rendsburg

Rendsburg is a town on the River Eider and the Kiel Canal in the focal piece of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is the capital of the Kreis district of Rendsburg-Eckernforde. Starting at 2006, it had a population of 28,476. Rendsburg's establishment date is obscure. Rendsburg was first referenced in 1199. An old type of its name in Danish was Reynoldsburgh.
