The Museum Insel Hombroich likewise known by the name of Museum Island Hombroich is in Neuss, Germany, is both a recreation center and a gallery joining engineering, workmanship and nature more than 62 sections of land of meadowland. The recreation center incorporates the "Kirkeby-Feld" and the "Raketenstation" "rocket station", a neglected NATO rocket base. The exhibition hall situated on the Museum Island is called "Historical center Insel Hombroich". It presents, both antique workmanship from Asia and current craftsmanship. The Museum and the grounds around it are a piece of the "Stiftung Insel Hombroich", which was established in 1996.
One of the famous among locals and visitors, the structures which incorporate craftsmanships from the accumulation of Karl Heinrich Müller, among them works by Hans Arp, Alexander Calder, Paul Cézanne, Eduardo Chillida, Lovis Corinth, Jean Fautrier, Alberto Giacometti, Yves Klein, Gustav Klimt, Henri Matisse, Francis Picabia, Rembrandt, Kurt Schwitters, and works from early China.
