About Fort Thungen
It is a memorable stronghold in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg.
It is likewise casually known as Three Acorns in reference to the oak seeds that sit on every one of the three towers.
The vast majority of the first post was annihilated after the 1867 Treaty of London, which requested the destruction of Luxembourg City's ious strongholds.
The three towers and the establishments of whatever is left of the fortification were all that remained.
Amid the 1990s, the site was reproduced completely, in parallel with the improvement of the site for the development of the Mudam, Luxembourg's exhibition hall of current workmanship.
In the wake of being completely re-established, the building was revived in 2012 as Musée Dräi Eechelen.
