About Eifelpark
The Eifelpark is a natural life and relaxation park in Gondorf close Bitburg in the Eifel heaps of Germany. In 1964 the Eifelpark was first opened under the name, Hochwildpark "Eifel Mountain Wildlife Park", as the primary outdoors untamed life walled in area in Germany. With the presentation of darker bears in 1969, Berlin assumed the sponsorship of the bear gorge. In 1975 the then Minister-President of Rhineland-Palatinate, Helmut Kohl, opened the new mountain untamed life park in the Eifelpark.
In the next years different attractions were included, for example, the Slide Paradise, thrill ride, Eifel Express, Hupfkissen, all climate rodelbahn, and so on. Since 2004 the Eifelpark, which had up to this point been run together with the Kurpfalz Park and the Panorama Park, has been overseen from Haan. In mid 2009, 6 Canadian timber wolves were acquainted with the fenced in area alongside the renaturalised bear gorge.
In December 2012 the administrator petitioned for financial protection. Since 16 October 2013 the recreation center has another proprietor and was revived on 5 April 2014. In the 2014 season, the family ride, Eifel Blitz, a Big Apple crazy ride, was opened alongside different fun-mobile ridev, a carousel and different attractions. Also everything was completely revamped and the zoo was put resources into. In 2015 additional rides were included: the Gondorf Pirate Fight a sprinkle fight and the Eifel Water Hunt.
