Dolmen of Budelsdorf
About Dolmen of Budelsdorf
In Budelsdorf, there are 2 extraordinary stone graves worth seeing. The primary grave is alluded to in the chart book by Ernst Sprockhoff as Urdolmen, the second is a later found broadened dolmen. The dolmen was found in 1949 in the present urban territory in an intensely stuffed entombment hill. The tomb was moved around 300 m south into the recreation center on the high bank of the Eider. It is a Urdolmen with six help stones. The long sides are framed from two unequal stone sets.
The single capstone is presumably present day, it isn't referenced by Ernst Sprockhoff. South of the way to Borgstedt, on a cutting edge modern home, there was a cemetery with seven long beds and 5 entombment hills. The graves were presumably made by the occupants of the close-by earthworks of Budelsdorf. Today, just a single road name "At the Reesenbetten" helps to remember the previous necropolis. Prior to the production of the business region, the tombs were completely examined. In addition to other things, they ran over the remaining parts of an all-encompassing dolmen. The internment load was remade with unique stones in the prompt region of the circuitous among Budelsdorf and Borgstedt.
