About City-Hochhaus Leipzig
City-Hochhaus is 36-story high rise in Leipzig, Germany. It is the tallest multistory working in Leipzig.
The pinnacle was planned by planner Hermann Henselmann in the state of an open book, and worked in the vicinity of 1968 and 1972.
It took after Henselmann's plan to top focal places in urban communities with an unmistakable pinnacle, for example, the Jen-Tower in Jena and Fernsehturm in Berlin.
City-Hochhaus was initially part of the University of Leipzig grounds at Augustusplatz, was sold by the state administration of Saxony and is currently claimed by the U.S. venture bank Merrill Lynch.
The workplaces are currently leased to private inhabitants including the general population telecaster MDR, the European Energy Exchange and the Panorama eatery.
The rooftop is furnished with a survey stage. The building is nicknamed Weisheitszahn by local people as because of its shape or after its past capacity as Uniriese.
