About Bagrati Cathedral
The Cathedral of the Dormition, or the Kutaisi Cathedral, greater normally known as Bagrati Cathedral, is an 11th-century cathedral within the town of Kutaisi, inside the Imereti area of Georgia. A masterpiece of the medieval Georgian architecture, the cathedral suffered heavy harm at some stage in centuries and turned into reconstructed to its gift country through a slow procedure starting inside the 1950s, with main conservation works concluding in 2012.
