About Vesoul
Vesoul is a commune in the Haute-Saone office in the district of Bourgogne-Franche-Comte situated in eastern France. Vesoul brags a wonderful medieval memorable focus, worked with beige and blue-dark stones from the neighboring quarries. Investigating it by walking is simply the most ideal approach to submerge in the quiet climate of a town worked to a human scale. The pretty lanes of La Motte slope welcome you to find their exquisite facades, serene back courts and wine basements.
Around the Church of St. George, worked in the 18th century, there are numerous old houses from the 16th to 18th century. Sight to see: the English greenhouse, a recorded Remarkable Garden with its rose greenery enclosure and themed bloom beds, on the banks of the stream. Over the slope is a rhetoric, the Chapel of Our Lady of La Motte, based on the previous site of a château and offering an eminent perspective on the town.
Another decent perspective: Le Sabot Nature Reserve, made in 1981, where walkers can see many plant species along a 2-kilometer trail. 3 km from the town focus, Lake Vesoul-Vaivre has a surface zone of 90 hectares. This is a pleasant spot for a walk its outline of 5 kilometers makes it effectively available to families for a delicate meander, water sports in summer, and fledgling viewing with its ornithological save.
