Trevoux

Trevoux is a commune within the Ain department in japanese France. The population are called Trevoltiens. It is a suburb of Lyon, constructed on the steeply sloping left financial institution of the river Saone. In AD 943, the treaty of Verdun divided up the empire of Charlemagne. The river Saone have become the frontier between France and the Empire. It is way to this border region that Trevoux gained its particular political fame.
