About Thouars
Thouars is a commune in the Deux-Sevres department in western France. It is on the River Thouet. Its population are called Thouarsais. Although there's evidence of human habitation here 5,000 years ago, it's far simplest within the 7th century that the metropolis seems inside the ancient file.
