Museum of Fine Arts of Angers
About Museum of Fine Arts of Angers
The Museum of Fine Arts of Angers is a museum of workmanship situated in a manor, the "logis Barrault", place Saint-Eloi close to the memorable city of Angers. The museum is a piece of the Toussaint complex, which incorporates the patio nursery of Fine Arts, the David d'Angers exhibition, the city library and the container. A few impermanent shows are displayed every year at the museum in the brief presentation lobby, for example, works of Niki de Saint Phalle in 2004 or Francois Morellet in 2006. A few shows are currently held in changeless accumulations, for example, the 2008 presentation of Agnes Thurnauer.
The museum is viewed as one of the most extravagant in all the neighboring divisions, and after that of Paris it would be one of the finest in France. In the two centuries that pursued the museum came to have a basic absence of room and out of date offices, however this did not keep the museum from getting standard inheritances and renowned endowments, including those of Pierre-Jean David, called David d'Angers.
