Montigny le Bretonneux

Montigny-le-Bretonneux is a commune in the Yvelines branch in the lle-de-France vicinity in north-important France. It is placed within the south-western suburbs of Paris, 24.5 kilometres from the centre of Paris, within the "new metropolis" of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, of which it is the central and most populated commune. Montigny le Bretonneux, the 6th town of the Yvelines department, has 36000 population and is the critical and most important city of the district Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

It is ideally located on the coronary heart of Yvelines, formed inside the shape of a triangle inside the south by using la Vallee de Chevreuse and the massif forestier de Rambouillet, and the cities of Versailles and Saint Germain en Laye in the north. The history of the city reflects that of a small conventional French village, obviously devoted to agriculture; "the fine wheat lands of France".
