About Marineland of Antibes
The Marineland of Antibes is an amusement park established in 1970 by Roland de La Poype in Antibes Alpes-Maritimes, in the French Riviera. On 26 hectares it incorporates a marine zoological park with dolphinarium, a water park Aquasplash, a kids' play park Kid's Island, a scaled down golf Aventure Golf and a three-star lodging Marineland Resort. It is the property of the Spanish worldwide organization Parques Reunidos, whose dominant part investor is the British venture subsidize Arle Capital Partners. The real executive is Arnaud Palu.
It is one of the four French dolphinariums and one of the two European dolphinariums introducing orcas. With 1.2 million guests in 2014, it's the most visited site of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur area. The zoological park is a standout amongst the most visited in France. Marineland holds four orcas: Inouk, Wikie, Moana and Keijo. Shorelines including California ocean lions, South American ocean lions, dark seals and dim seals. Every session endures around 60 minutes, to find the science and environment of dolphins, before moving toward the dolphins for 20 minutes under close supervision via mentors on a depressed deck.
