About Langres
Langres is a commune in northeastern France. It is a subprefecture of the bureau of Haute-Marne, in the area of Grand Est. Langres is home to makers of an AOC-secured cheddar of a similar name. It is a delicate, impactful dairy animals' milk cheddar that is known for its skin, which is washed. The exhibition hall Denis Diderot's House of Enlightenment.
