Jeumont

Jeumont is a cooperative lying on the Belgian outskirt, situated in the Nord office in northern France. The name of Jeumont is related with a few organizations making overwhelming electrical hardware for wind turbines, atomic reactors and maritime drive. They have their inceptions in the Atelier de Construction Electrique du Nord et de l'Est, which turned out to be a piece of the empain bunch under the name Forges et Ateliers de Construction Electriques de Jeumont in 1921, converged with Schneider Westinghouse in 1964 and in 1993.

Jeumont Industry turned out to be a piece of the Framatome group. Framatome is a French reactor business. Framatome structures, fabricates, and introduces segments, fuel and instrumentation and control frameworks for atomic power plants and offers a full scope of reactor administrations. It is possessed by Electricie de France, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and Assystem. Framatome moved toward becoming Areva, which in 2007 sold the generators and engines division of Jeumont SA to Altawest as Jeumont electric. Areva held the atomic and wind turbine divisions, which were renamed JSPM.
