About Denis Diderot House Of Enlightenment
The House of Enlightenment, Denis Diderot or La Maison des Lumieres Denis Diderot is housed in the Hotel du Breuil de Saint Germain situated in Langres worked in the 16th century and modified in the eighteenth century. The historical center is committed to Denis Diderot the French scholar, essayist, workmanship faultfinder, and his work the Encyclopedie, ou Dictionnaire raisonne des sciences, des expressions et des metiers. The museum was planned by Atelier a Kiko and the greenhouse via scene draftsman Louis Benech.

The house is sorted out into 10 themed rooms, or salles, including a sequence of the Enlightenment, Denis Diderot in Langres and his later life in Paris, Diderot's voyage to Russia, Diderot and workmanship analysis, theater analysis, Diderot and music, the Encyclopedia. The exhibition hall is open all year, Tuesdays– Sundays. The clarifications of the displays are not multilingual but rather a sound guide, Diderot et sa ville, is accessible in Dutch, English, French or German.
