About Cavallo

Cavallo is a little island in the Mediterranean Sea situated among Corsica and Sardinia. It is politically a piece of France and its ongoing history is attached to Corsica. Cavallo is the main possessed island of the Lavezzi archipelago, 2.3 km from the Corsican coast, near the Strait of Bonifacio. It is around 13 km from Sardinia. The island is A french area, however it had a place with Italy previously. Cavallo Island is around 120 hectares in territory and its most elevated point is 32 meters above ocean level.
