About Basilica of St. Therese of Lisieux

The Basilica of St. Therese of Lisieux is a Roman Catholic church and minor basilica devoted to Saint Therese of Lisieux. Situated in Lisieux, France, the huge basilica can oblige 4,000 individuals, and, with in excess of two million guests per year, is the second biggest journey site in France, after Lourdes, Pope John Paul II visited the Basilica on 2 June 1980. The chimes were given by Belgium and Holland in the ex-voto to Saint Therese.
