About Vammala
Vammala turned into a Finnish city in Pirkanmaa province. It changed into an unbiased municipality until the beginning of 2009, when it turned into shaped collectively with Mouhijarvi and Aetsa as the metropolis of Sastamala. Today, Vammala's headquarters is the metropolis center of Sastamala. Until 1993, Vammala belonged to the province of Satakunta. The Vammala region has been inhabited for approximately 7,000 years. The production of St. Mary's Church in Sastamala began in 1496; however there was a wood church since the thirteenth century. The Church of St Olav in Tyrvaa was completed in 1506. In 1855, any other church built of bricks became finished in Tyrvaa, and in 1869 the municipality of Tyrva started its sports.
