About Porvoo Cathedral

Porvoo Cathedral is a cathedral of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland in Porvoo, Finland. It became built within the fifteenth century, even though the oldest elements date from the thirteenth century. It is the seat of the Diocese of Borga, Finland's Swedish-speaking diocese. The cathedral is also used for offerings with the aid of the Porvoo Finnish-speakme parish, that's administratively a part of the Diocese of Helsinki.
