About Jamsa
Jamsa is a town within the province of Central Finland. The municipality borders on the municipalities of Orivesi, Juupajoki and Mantta Filpula within the west, Keuru within the northwest, Petajavesi within the north, Jyvaskyla inside the northeast, Luhango within the east and Kuhmois inside the south. Jamsa has about 20, 877 population and is monolingual Finnish. The municipality has a place of 1 823.77 km², of which the land vicinity is 1 571.23 km². In the center Ages, Jamsa became the northernmost parish in Tavastland.
