Gugga Naumi is a snake adoring celebration. The religious celebration is commended all around Haryana in the period of August and September. As the name proposes, Gugga ji is revered on the ninth day in the long stretch of Bhadon. In Rajasthan, he is known as Goga ji.
As per the stories, Gugga was a warrior ruler conceived in Churu area of Rajasthan. Gugga ji is known to secure against a snake nibble and is revered in altars which don't seem to be like any religious figure. Gugga Mela-The feature of the festival is the Gugga Mela.
It is composed in different urban communities including Bikaner, Asadpur, Bawal and so on. Bamboo stays with flumes of peacock and a blue banner with shaded strings are utilized as the medium of festivity. The fans complete a parade on the ninth day with drums over the town. Adoration is offered as "Churma" and "Sevian" by the holy people.
