About Behdeinkhlam Festival

During the celebration of Bedinkhalam Fesijival of North East India, celebrations and rituals are done for three days and on the last day, people gathered in a place named Atanar and dance to the tune of both young and old pipe and drum. Dancers are very passionate when long decorative structures are called rot and after-wood miners will be brought to the pool. It is desirable that there should be rain on the festival day.

The mountain of this famous festival of North East India occurs when people wear clothes in their best attire, reaching a place called Midthong, which is played like football, which is called a father-lawyer. The game is played with a wooden ball between northern and southern people. On the other hand, the match wins by putting the ball on the other side indicates that in the next year, there will be a bumper crop in that particular area. The evening will be a lot of fun and happiness to make.
