About Ronnebaeksholm
Ronnebæksholm is a former manor house placed just outside Næstved in south-eastern Denmark. The estate covers 230.5 hectares of land. It was received by way of Næstved Municipality in 1998 and is now run as a cultural centre, website hosting a huge variety of cultural occasions, both indoor and outdoor, which includes art exhibitions, concerts, talks and theatrical performances.
The estate is cited in 1321. The present three-winged constructing changed into built in 1734 and adjusted in 1840 to 41 and once more 1889-ninety. It became owned by using the crown from 1399 till 1571 while later proprietors consist of participants of the Collet family who owned it from 1761. Johan Collett 1734 to 1806 bought Ronnebaeksholm in 1777. Collett own family participants again owned the property from 1869 to 1994. The Ronnebæksholm Arts and Culture Centre is a self-owning organization. The most important building plays host to 4 to 6 exhibitions. The emphasis is on contemporary and cutting-edge visual arts.
