Nørre Aaby

Until January 1, 2007 Norre Aaby municipality became a municipality in the former Funen County at the north and west coasts of the island of Funen in southern Denmark. The municipality blanketed a place of 65 km², and had a complete populace of 5,626. Its ultimate mayor become Hanne Christensen, a member of the Venstre political celebration.

The foremost city and the website online of its municipal council was the town of Nørre Aaby. To the north are the waters of Baring Cove and past that the Kattegat. To the west are the waters of Fem's Cove and past that the Little Belt. Part of the former municipality formed a spit of land that juts out into the encompassing waters of the Little Belt. The water between the spit and the principle part of the municipality is called Gamborg Fjord. Close to the pinnacle of the spit is the island of Fænø, and beyond that the Jutland mainland, all in proximity to every different. The waters to the north of this area are called Snaevringen and to the south as there turns into extra room they're called Bredningen.
