About Hvalso
Hvalso is a city and a former municipality in Region Sjaelland on the island of Zealand in east Denmark. The former municipality covered a place of 72 km2, and had a total population of 7,856 . Its closing mayor become Virginia Holst, a member of the Venstre political celebration. She become the first overseas countrywide turning into mayor in a Danish municipality. The town of Hvalso is positioned nearly equidistant from the bigger towns of Roskilde to the northeast, Ringsted to the south, and Holbaek to the northwest.
