About Esbjerg Museum
Esbjerg Museum inside the centre of Esbjerg in southwest Jutland, Denmark, opened in 1941 with everlasting collections overlaying the history of the metropolis and the encompassing vicinity. It consists of shows from the Iron Age and the Viking Period in addition to a massive amber exhibition. Designed by way of the architects Christian Hjerrild Clausen 1866-1941 and Harald Peters 1891-1951, the purple-brick building was finished in 1926 and served first of all as a library.
