Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonamarg Nature Tour Package for 7 Days 6 Nights from Srinagar

On your arrival in Srinagar, check-in at the houseboat. In the afternoon, enjoy a 2-hour boat ride on the Dal Lake in a shikara. Savour the scenic beauty of Kashmir as you see city life around the lake. Visit the local crafts market and see finely carved articles of paper mache and wood. Overnight at the houseboat.

After breakfast, you will visit Mughal Garden Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar (Abode of All). Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard. On your way back, visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted silk carpets and shawls as well as ornaments. After lunch, go to Shankaracharya Temple. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Pahalgam, as “Valley of Shepherds. . On arrival check in at Hotel. In Pahalgam, Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage.

You may spend the day exploring Pahalgam. Overnight stay at the hotel. Optional Tours on Direct Payment : Option 1. Visit to Aru Valley which is a small village, 15 km upstream the Lidder River, The route is picturesque with ample campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi glacier. Option 2. Vsist to Chandanwari, 16 Km which is the starting point of sacred Amarnath Yatra. Chandanwari is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge, Enroute you can visit Hajan, an idyllic picnic spot and Betaab valley where the famous Bollywood movie Betaab was shot. Option 3. You can enjoy leisurely walks in pine forest along River Lidder and enjoy picnic on riverside. Option 4. You can enjoy pony ride to Baisaran meadow, surrounded by thickly wooded pine forest and snow-capped mountains. This grassy glen offers a panoramic view of Pahalgam town and Lidder Valley.

After breakfast, proceed to Sonamarg. On your arrival, check-in at the hotel. Sonamarg is also known as the ‘meadow of gold’. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, a major tourist attraction during summer. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers. Gulmarg is a famous ski resort and has the world’s highest 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori in a gondola (on direct payment). Later, walk up to the Church and the Golf Club of Gulmarg. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your return journey.
