Once you reach, our coordinators will pick you up from the airport or railway station, wherever you arrive. After that, they will transfer you to Shillong. Cherrapunjee is often called the Scotland of the East. En route, you can visit Umiam Lake. In the evening, you can stroll around the local market, visit Don Bosco Monument, Ward’s Lake, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydari Park. Upon reaching this place, you can check-in to the hotel and then spend some time in leisure.

Wake up early in the morning, then have your breakfast and check-out of the hotel. Then our coordinators will drive you to Cherrapunjee. This is the wettest place in the world. On the way to cherrapunjee, you can experience some of the beautiful hillocks, flora, fauna and waterfalls. The most remarkable fall is the Nohkalikhai of the Seven sisters falls. It is the seven segmented cascade that falls from a height more than 1000 ft. Then you can take some time and visit Mawsmai Cave and Arwah cave. When you reach Cherrapunji, complete your check-in formalities and settle down in the room. There will be an overnight halt in Cherrapunjee.

In day three, you will be taken to the Mawlynnong village. This village is situated in the East Khasi Hills. This is in close proximity to the India – Bangladesh border. This village is declared as one of the cleanest villages in Asia by the discover India Magazine in the year 2003. People also term this place as God’s own garden. After spending some time here, you can drive to Dawki. There you can go to the river Umgnot for enjoying boating. Also on the way to Dawki, you can stopover at Borhill falls and Kyurem falls. In the evening, you would be returning to Shillong for an Overnight Stay .

This is the concluding day of the travel to Cherrapunji. Wake up early in the morning and then our coordinators will drop at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey to your hometown.
