• Scope of Services
• We Travel ShopE are holiday organizers only. We select and put together the
• services provided to you the Customer however, we do not own or operate any
• airlines, rail companies, ground transfer services, ferry or cruise services, hotels or
• other accommodations, sightseeing or tour activities, visa services, or any other
• facilities or providers that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your
• holiday.
• Service Terms
•  Final Price will be considered post the booking amount is received.
•  No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
• segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor
• exchangeable.
•  Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in
• the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
•  No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your
• expectations, it will be considered on case-to- case basis.
•  Per person rates Rs - Applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room .
•  Booking Amount is Non Refundable.
•  Itinerary flow is subject to flow as per the availability of properties.
•  Travel ShopE is not responsible if trip cancelled due to natural calamities fire, rain,
• earthquake etc. Refund will be as per Service Agreement.
•  We shall not be held responsible for any accidental injury on road/ at the Hotel/ Camp/ or
• any unethical practices by the Passengers and will not be involved in any Legal matters.
• If you cancel your Package.
•  You or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written
• notification or an email to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received
• at our office. The applicable cancellation charges as per the published cancellation policy
• below. Travel ShopE service charges are non refundable in all cases .
