Terms and Conditions

• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• 1. The charter can carry a maximum of 4-5 passengers
• 2. All charters are subject to a minimum of 4 people travelling together.
• 3. Transportation By Car/Jeep at Harsil and Badrinath
• 4. Night stay of passengers at Harsil on twin sharing basis
• 5. VIP Darshan at all temples
• 6. Any special Puja charges will have to be paid directly by passengers
• 7. Any additional night stay will not be permitted
• 8. The booking must be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total Package Price
• 9. Full Package Price must be deposited 15 days prior to journey date
• 10. In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s
• 11. Passengers are allowed 5 kg in baggage/pax
• 12. Maximum Permissible Weight is 325Kg.
