Today after breakfast visit LEH PALACE: The Palace overlooks Leh town and is modeled on the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet. The palace was built by King SenggeNamgyal in the 17th century, but was later abandoned when Dogra forces took control of Ladakh in the mid-19th century. The royal family moved to Stok Palace. Leh Palace is nine stories high; the upper floors accommodated the royal family, the stables and store rooms were in the lower floors. The palace, a ruin, is currently being restored by the Archaeological Survey of India. The palace is open to the public

Today after breakfast drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La The Highest Motorable road in the world AT 5, 602 M / 18, 390 FT, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10, 000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra check in at our Camp. In the evening, walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. Dinner and overnight stay at the Camp.

After breakfast drive to Pangong Lake 4267 m above the Chang La Pass 5330 m. The journey takes you through spectacular scenery, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The lake is the highest saltwater lake in the world and is located along the India / China border. It is about 130 km long and 5-6 km wide. The Chang-Chenmo Mountain range, which includes the lake from the north, providing a spectacular backdrop for the blue and green expanse of his salty water. Later come back to Leh. Overnight in camp at Pangonglake.
