GENERAL NOTE:-

Ø Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Check-in timing at 12 noon.

Ø Shopping would be on your own arrangements.

Ø To reach the glaciers and the gondola station, you can hire ponies / horses on a direct payment basis as vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point in Gulmarg and Sonmarg.

Ø You can hire ponies / horses in Gulmarg and Sonmarg on a direct payment basis.

Ø The Gondola ride would be on direct payment basis.

Ø Rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.

Ø No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.

Ø No room/reservation has been blocked or confirmed as of now for below inquiry

Ø In order to proceed further with the reservation, we will need: Full Guest name, Age of Child (If Applicable), Flight details or Check-In time.

**NOTE:- Cab will not allow to do sightseeing of Pahalgam ( Aru Valley, Betaab valley Chandanwari,), Guest have to book cab directly from Union. In Day Excursion to Gulmarg car will go till check post after that they have to book pony or horse ride to reach Gondola Gate.** Union rate of cab and Pony rides charges settle by guest directly. In Kashmir There is different union in some points, guest need to take union car or auto at their own. Pony ride in Gulmarg , Sonmarg , Pahalgam will be on direct payment basis , there is no role of Travel agent and driver on negotiate with Ponny owners

Cancellation Policy :-

· Rs. 2500 Per person Cancellation or Reschedule will be charged once confirmed the file.

· GST on total invoice amount will be not refundable once file confirmed.

· 30 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.

· 29 days to 10 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.

· 09 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

· Air Ticket cancellation as per Airline Policy.

· There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

· All the arrangements for the tour are preplanned and prepaid. In case of not completion of the tour due to any reason whatsoever there will not be any refund for any unutilized services. Any extra expense due any alteration has to be paid extra.
