• For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival in ANDAMAN (PORT BLAIR) but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
• A part from above in some cases like Special Cruise Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
• In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 75% refund for cancellation received 45 days or more in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 30 days in advance or more.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 10 days in advance.
• Note: Trip includes all transfers including all pickup and drop in personal AC Vehicle, cruise tickets from Havelock to Neil Island and personal assistance by Priya tour & travels tour experts. In the month of June-August cruise might not be operational in such cases Government ferry will be provided and the difference in amount will be refunded. This change is done because cruises do not sail to Neil Island from June to August
