• The balance full payment has to be paid 30 days prior to date of travel. If the guest fails to pay the balance payment 30 days prior to date of travel, the registration on the group tour gets auto-cancelled and the Initial Deposit amount will get forfeited.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
