• · If canceled prior 5 days of arrival or no show - 100% retention of the total stay
• · If canceled between 06 to 10 days of arrival - 50% retention of the total stay.
• · If canceled before or more than 11 days of arrival - No Retention 100% refund.
• · For Festive season from 19th Dec to 05th Jan no refund on cancellation.
• Administrative Charges: In the case of full refund, administrative charges @ 5% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.
