• 20% AMOUNT FOR BOOKING CONFIRMATION VOUCHER AND BALANCE PAYMENT WILL BE CLEAR BEFORE CHECK OUT
• Cancellation Policy:
• 25% cancellation fee if cancelled before 20 days prior to check-in.
• 50% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 15 days prior to check-in.
• 75% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 10 days prior to check-in.
• 100% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 07 days OR No-Show of check-in.
• Important Points to Remember:-
• Ø T-Permit Vehicle Innova and Tavera will be 6/7 Seater Only
• Ø Facilities like heater in room in Himachal Pradesh will be chargeable as per Hotel policy. Some of the hotels are offering free of cost also but Behl Holidays, will not guarantee for any such services without prior intimation to us.
• Ø AC & Music System in Vehicle will not be operated when we are on the hilly area.
• Ø Due to union issue we are not able to provide pickup from Kalka Railway Station/Shimla Railway Station or Airport / Bhunter Airport /Jammu Airport. At these places we have to arrange vehicle from union transporter only so it will cost you extra.
• Ø Rohtang Pass is closed every Tuesday for General Tourist and it’s not include in this pkg.
• Ø GST (Govt. Service Tax) would be Extra
• Ø Entry Fee and Adventure activities not include in this package.
